We like to train, develop and trust our team. We love nothing more than seeing an employee we took on as a graduate lead their first change request or project.
We have a female CEO, which is rare in our industry – it’s a contributing factor in our people-focused and balanced culture, where we want everyone to succeed.
Our senior leadership team
CEO – Elizabeth Dennett
Elizabeth has worked in the IT industry for nearly 30 years. She has been on both sides of the ICM practice, both as a user and as an advocate. She is a mother of two girls and is passionate about a healthy integration of work and home life.
Partner – Warwick Taylor
Warwick has been with the company since just after its formation. He brings with him decades of experience in the industry, leading project delivery for many large organisations. Warwick can usually be found on the golf course in his spare time.
Delivery Director – Piotr Orlowski
Piotr joined the team five years into our journey as Delivery Director. Piotr has a unique combination of IT and business experience and an undeterred passion for customer success. His spare time is spent on a variety of projects, including making cheese!

Jenna
Jenna joined us 3 years ago and is now a critical part of our team. She has developed from small change requests to her own projects. She‘s also a keen chef, particularly when it comes to Korean cuisine.
Oscar
Oscar is our youngest and most recent recruit. He is working across many areas of the business, and when not working usually found on the tennis court.
Suzanne
Suzanne is our Marketing and Design Director. She has worked with us for years and is responsible for all our visual design. She’s available on contract to our customers if you need help and advice with any aspect of branding and visual design for your solution frontends or communications. Bettina
Bettina was originally a customer before setting up as a Sales Planning Consultant. She advises on all areas of sales plan design, and is available to help you.
Paul
Paul joined us straight from university and is nearing the end of our initial internal training. We know our customers will be in good hands because even outside of work Paul spends his time working on various IT projects of his own !
John
John has been in our team for 5 years during which time he has performed a variety of jobs and now looks after his own customers. John loves golf and football (watching one and playing the other), but also can be found feeding the ducks in his local pond.
